The athletes are requested to participate in all 3 events (Biceps King, Machine Pushup, and a 5 or 10 km challenge). The winner will be announced who will win the maximum number of events (the mentioned 3 events will be counted only). In case of a tie, the 10K winner will be announced.
Rewards:
- Both winners (male and female) will get Rs. 700 each.
- A Belgian Sport T-shirt will be awarded to the winners (first position) in both the male and female divisions.
- E-Certificate for all participants.
- Get listed on our National Leaderboard.
Bicep King Challenge (1 rep cheat max - barbell):

You have to lift a barbell of maximum weight. So first you have to stand up with the bar and then start curling. A cheat curl is allowed, but the hand should be closed, and you have to hold it for a second. So you have to record a video while doing the exercise. But first, you have to show the weight of the entire bar on the weighing machine and start curling in the same video. Registration is completely free.

Machine Pushup Challenge (2 mins non-stop):

You have to do the maximum number of pushups (proper form- making 90 degrees) in 2 minutes. You can take a break in between. You have to record a video while doing pushups in such a way that your form can be easily checked. Registration is completely free.

Advanced athletes are advised to take part in a 10-kilometer event. Run / Walk / Jog at your own Place, Gym, Treadmill or any other Marathon Event. Registration is completely free.
